Cliff Notes
If you are new to this blog, you may not be able to follow along as readily as someone who has read for awhile. Here are some insights into who the people are that are written about in this blog.
|
kj4ever/Kelly |
This would be me, your ever gracious hostess with the
mostest. I'm a goofy blonde chick that is just a little bit
different then the average person. I'm very much a realist, can be a
total bitch at times, and will always be loyal to those that earn it.
I got dealt a raw deal for awhile there in my late teens/early twenties, but I did what I had to do. I'm single, no kids except for two damn cats that I don't like (ok, maybe I like them a little), and have a real problem with commitment. I've practically raised my sister's kids, thus guaranteeing that someone will take care of me when I'm old and mean (er). |
|
The Original Party People |
That would be my parents. They have been married for
43 years, are still butt ass in love with each other, and by the title
they have been bestowed, like to have a lot of fun.
Normal parents they are not, as they do not look or act their age, which is mid 60'ish. My Father is Cherokee Indian, and my Mother is Irish. They are in the vein of the Christian religion, but believe in a lot of things Christians would frown on. My Father grew up dirt poor and my Mother grew up privileged. There is no reason on Earth why they ever should have made it, except that they really love each other. |
|
Nephew J |
Nephew J is 20 and a college student. He came to live
at Aunt Kelly bootcamp when he was a mere 17 years old and about to turn
into a full-fledged juvenile delinquent.
He's doing fine now, under Warden kj4ever's watchful eye, and dreams of becoming a FBI agent someday. |
|
Grandpa or Pappou |
This is my Mother's Father. We call him the Greek name for Grandpa even though we are not Greek. We didn't even find this out until a Greek friend of mine overheard us talking about "Pappou". He's 90, and has an opinion about everything. |
|
Step-G |
My step Grandma, who currently resides in a nursing home because of the ravishing of Alzheimer's. |
|
The Lemon |
This would be my sister. She is a bit selfish, and had three kids and a wicked divorce. Even though I don't appreciate her actions most of the time, she's still my sister and I *gag* love her. |
|
Brother R |
My brother, who is four years older then me. He is cool as hell and we get along great, unless it has something to do with my sis-in-law or his kids. |
|
Sis-in-law |
An old friend of mine, she ended up marrying my brother. Differences in how our families are tend to bring up disagreements between the two families, but we are always right of course! |
|
R |
My best friend since kindergarten. |
|
T |
Her poor hubby that puts up with us. |
|
Circle of Soul Mates |
P, M, J, H, R, T, Brother R, and sis-in-law. We have all been friends for years and years. In some cases, over 30. We are all very different, from lawyers to engineers to mechanics to small business owners, but for some reason we all get along swimmingly after all this time. |
| Niece H | My sister's middle child, a sensitive girl with strong opinions. Model beautiful, creative, and smart, she has the world by the balls but doesn't realize it yet. |
|
Nephew B |
My sister's youngest child, or my "baby". He's a charmer, is 16, and looks like a young Brad Pitt. Yes, I am in trouble. |
|
Grumpy Old Man |
My boss when I work night shift. He has worked in an automobile factory for 40 years, is totally politically uncorrect, and I love him to death. His bark is much more harmless then his bite... |
|
Cousin S or Adopted Sis |
My Great Aunt's child, she became "adopted" into our family when her parents were killed by a drunk driver when she was 18. |
|
Niece K |
My brother's oldest child, she is in 6th Grade. |
|
Niece A |
My brother's youngest child. she is in 1st Grade. |
